Juicy pork ribs (500-550g), pickled in spicy salsa with aromatic tomatoes and chili. Served with tomato-chili salsa.
Grilled pork tenderloin

Juicy pork tenderloin, pickled in Zubrowka, thyme and rosemary. Grilled, medium rare. Sliced in thick slices and served with green sauce made of forest mushrooms.
Grilled salmon steak

Very delicate, juicy grilled salmon steak (180-200g), served with aromatic lime-herbal butter.
Grilled chicken breast with a bone

Delicate, crispy chicken breast with a bone and crust, pickled in tequila, lime and chili.

Grilled royal on garlic butter, red onion and chilli Black Tiger shrimps, served on sweet pea with cherry tomatoes.
